Exciting News from Prep Dish!

Here at Prep Dish, we have focused on gluten-free meal plans. We always offer the option of dairy-free meal plans, since about half of those with gluten sensitivities are also sensitive to dairy. We listen closely to our customers and many of you have requested Paleo meal plans.  Well, you asked & we listened.

Starting April 1, Prep Dish will be offering 2 menu options:

1) gluten-free (dairy-free optional)

2) paleo meal plans

All subscribers will receive both options each week so you have the flexibility to decide which plan you want to follow. More details on each option are listed below.

Option 1: Gluten-Free
Allowed:
– lean protein (chicken, grass-fed beef, turkey, pork, seafood- salmon, shrimp, sea bass, etc.)
– vegetables (lots!!)
– nuts & seeds
– fruits
– beans/ legumes
– whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, organic corn)
– small amounts of dairy (always optional, grass-fed preferred)
– very minimal use of sweeteners (honey, maple syrup & dates)

Not Allowed:
– processed foods!
– refined flours, sugars
– gluten
Option 2: Paleo
Allowed:
– lean protein (chicken, grass-fed beef, turkey, pork, seafood- salmon, shrimp, sea bass, etc.)
– vegetables (lots!!)
– nuts & seeds
– fruits
– small amounts of dairy (always optional, grass-fed preferred)
– very minimal use of sweeteners (honey, maple syrup & dates)

Not Allowed:
– processed foods!
– refined flours, sugars
– gluten
– beans/ legumes (including soy)
– whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, organic corn)
