Camping Meal: Lamb Curry over Rice Noodles

Ingredients
  • 1pkg rice noodles
  • Leftover (or Pre-Cooked) lamb roast, cut into bite sized pieces(Or sub with protein of choice)
  • 1jar curry sauce(OR sub marinara)
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Over your campfire or on a portable stove top, reheat lamb (or protein of choice) for ~ 4-5 mins.
  3. Drain rice noodles and 1 jar curry (or marinara) sauce over noodles.
  4. Add lamb (or protein of choice) to noodles & sauce. Continue cooking for ~4-5 mins or until everything is heated through.
