Best Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

This is the BEST Roasted Cauliflower recipe and it only has 4 ingredients. Smoked paprika gives such a deep flavor, simply delicious.

Smoky Paprika Roasted Cauliflower is one of my favorite side dishes. Simple to make but complex in flavor, Paprika Roasted Cauliflower acts as the perfect substitute for fries when paired with a bison or chickpea burger.

*Note: Smoked paprika is found in most common grocery stores. You can substitute another paprika in this recipe but I highly recommend seeking out smoked paprika for its incredibly fragrant, smoky flavor.

This recipe is from the Prep Dish September, 2013 Plan paired with Chickpea Veggie Burgers.
