Crab Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli

Today's blog recipe is a sneak peek from our September Challenge menu. This is a super quick recipe that can be prepped and cooked in less than 25 minutes! And did I mention delicious?!

For this meal, if making a dinner serving, be sure to pair it with some roasted veggies or a salad. This recipe is also great served in the morning with eggs over top. You can freeze the crab cakes prior to cooking. When you are ready to make them, take them out and up the cooking time about 5 mins. I personally would skip the aioli and serve a poached egg over the cake for a quick and hot breakfast.
