Crab Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli

These crab cakes from our September 2018 Challenge were a hit. They are so simple and can be served for breakfast with a sunny side up egg, over a salad for lunch or on their own with some roasted vegetables or cauliflower mash for dinner! The possibilities are endless. Did I mention the lemon-garlic aioli? Serve the crab cake in a lettuce wrap or on a gluten-free bun for a sandwich option!

Swap Idea…If lump crab isn't readily available, sub salmon!
