Snickerdoodle Bars (Keto, Paleo, GF)
Ingredients

cup
almond butter*
1/2
cup
coconut butter*
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
1/8
tsp
salt

tsp
vanilla extract

Tbsp
monk fruit powdered sweetener
cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into parchment-lined loaf pan and refrigerate until hardened.
Cut into 8 squares, dust with cinnamon and serve.
