Grilled Thick Pork Chops w/ Summer Slaw
Ingredients
For the Grilled Pork Chops:

thick cut pork chops
salt & pepper
For the Summer Slaw:

olive oil

T
apple cider vinegar
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
1
lemon
2
peaches

shredded slaw mix
Instructions
For the Grilled Pork Chops:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Generously sprinkle pork chops w/ S&P.
Cook pork chops directly on grill for ~3-5 mins per side or until cooked through, 145 F.
For the Summer Slaw:
For slaw dressing, in a medium container, combine: 3T olive oil, 1T apple cider vinegar, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper & juice of 1 lemon.
Cut peaches into bite-sized pieces.
Toss peaches w/ cabbage and slaw dressing. Salt to taste. Serve on the side
