Snickerdoodle Bars (Keto, Paleo, GF)


  • 1/3 cup almond butter*
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter*
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp monk fruit powdered sweetener
  • cinnamon for dusting


  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into parchment-lined loaf pan and refrigerate until hardened.
  • Cut into 8 squares, dust with cinnamon and serve.
