Moroccan Spice Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp ginger
  • 2 Tbsp coriander
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • ~1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight storage container.

Notes

Note: I don’t add salt to the blend, so add salt as needed as you are preparing your meal!
