For balsamic marinade, combine 1/2c olive oil + 1/4c balsamic vinegar. Place steak in marinade and marinate 1-24 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Toss 10oz baby carrots & 1# fingerling potatoes w/ 2T olive oil & S&P.
Place carrots & fingerling potatoes on sheet pan and cook ~15 mins, turning halfway through cook time.
Push vegetables aside (or use a new sheet pan) and place steak on pan (discard marinade). Lightly sprinkle steaks w/ salt.
Cook steak and vegetables another 10 mins or until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
Allow steaks to rest 5 mins and cut against the grain.
