Salmon Wraps w/ Homemade Caesar Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
For the Homemade Caesar Dressing:

cloves
garlic

lemon
1
tsp
dijon mustard*
1
tsp
tamari*
1
cup
avocado mayonnaise*
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
For the Salmon Wraps:
4
gluten free tortillas
4
salmon fillets
4
cups
romaine lettuce
2
tomatoes
Instructions
For the Homemade Caesar Dressing:
In a blender add 2 cloves garlic, juice of 1 lemon (~2T), 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp tamari, 1 cup mayo, 1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper.
Blend until smooth.
For the Caesar Wraps:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place 4 salmon fillets on parchment-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle w/ S&P.
Cook ~15-18mins until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
Flake salmon into small chunks.
Chop 4 cups lettuce and 2 tomatoes.
Lay a tortilla on a plate. Add lettuce, tomatoes and flaked salmon.
Top w/ dressing and roll up tortillas like a burrito.
Use extra dressing for dipping.
