unsweetened coconut shreds
Instructions
In a food processor combine all ingredients except for the unsweetened shredded coconut. Pulse until combined.
Form batter into 1-inch balls (batter will be sticky).
Spread the shredded coconut onto parchment paper. Roll balls into the coconut and evenly coat. Store in refrigerator.
