Chicken Salad with Cranberries and Walnuts

plain Greek yogurt
or sub avocado mayonnaise

dried cranberries

walnuts

spinach wraps
or sub lettuce wraps
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Sprinkle 3 chicken breasts w/ S&P. Bake in the oven ~30 mins or cooked to 165 F. Allow to slightly cool & shred.
Chop 2 stalks celery.
Cut 1 apple into chunks.
In a large container, combine: shredded chicken, chopped celery, chopped apple, 1/3c cranberries, 1/3c walnuts, 1/4c Greek yogurt, 1/4c mayo & 1/4tsp salt.
Serve chicken salad in spinach wraps w/ green lettuce or in a lettuce wrap.
