Easy Slow Cooker Chuck Roast with Garlic

beef broth
Instructions
Mince 5 cloves garlic.
In a small container, combine: 1tsp salt + 1/2tsp pepper + 1/2tsp onion powder + 1tsp smoked paprika.
Rub beef spices on all sides of 3-4# chuck roast.
Place in slow cooker w/ 15oz beef broth + ~5 minced garlic cloves rubbed over the top.
Cook on low heat 7-8 hours or high heat 3-4 hours (meat should fall apart easily).
