Blackberry Homemade Sherbet

Ingredients

bananas

cups
blackberries

lemon

milk of choice
Instructions
Cut 3 bananas into thirds. Place on a parchment covered sheet pan.
Place 2 cups blackberries (washed & dried) on same sheet pan and freeze.
In a food processor, combine frozen bananas, blackberries, zest & juice of 1 lemon & ~3T milk of choice.
Process on high until completely smooth. Add more milk if needed
Pour nice cream into a loaf pan. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
