Blackberry Homemade Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 T milk of choice

Instructions

  • Cut 3 bananas into thirds. Place on a parchment covered sheet pan.
  • Place 2 cups blackberries (washed & dried) on same sheet pan and freeze.
  • In a food processor, combine frozen bananas, blackberries, zest & juice of 1 lemon & ~3T milk of choice.
  • Process on high until completely smooth. Add more milk if needed
  • Pour nice cream into a loaf pan. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
