High Protein Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2/3 cups full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 T peanut butter Or, sub almond butter
  • 2 T cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 T water

Instructions

  • In a blender add 2T water, 1/2c cherries, 1/2 avocado, 2/3c yogurt, 1 scoop collagen, 1tsp chia seeds, 1T nut butter, 2T cocoa, 1tsp vanilla.
  • Blend on high adding more water as needed for desired consistency.
