Steak and Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For the Red Wine Vinaigrette:

red wine vinegar

For the Steak Salad:

flank steak
1
#
mini new potatoes
1/2
bunch
green onions

steak seasoning

Instructions
For the Red Wine Vinaigrette:
In a small container combine: 1/2c olive oil, 1/4c red wine vinegar, 1/2tsp Dijon, 1/4tsp salt, 1/4tsp pepper & 1T honey.
For the Steak Salad:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1# mini potatoes. Cook ~20 mins until fork tender.
Sprinkle steak w/ 1T steak seasoning.
Heat a large sauté pan over med heat. Add steak & cook ~3 mins per side or until desired doneness. Allow steak to rest for 10 mins.
Mince ½ bunch green onions.
Cut potatoes into 4ths & sprinkle w/ salt. Slice steak against the grain.
