Mangoes are so sweet and juicy this time of year! I love topping salads, making salsas, throwing them into smoothies, or just chopping mango for a simple side, snack or dessert. Speaking of snack – sliced mango is perfect for throwing into your kiddos lunches!
But chopping mango can be tricky…It's a strange shape, can get slippery and then there is that dang center seed. Today, I am sharing my two methods for chopping mango – quickly, easily and safely!
My first method chopping mango is perfect for when you use mango in a recipe such as a salsa or salad. It gives you a nice, clean dice that looks so pretty in your dish. My second method for chopping mango is perfect for snacking or when you use mango in a puree and don't really care about how the fruit looks.
