Brook & I try to lead as “clean” a life as possible. We definitely eat clean (ha!), have switched our laundry detergents & soaps to an all natural brand (Molly Suds), and even recently bought a new mattress that is made from organic cottons.
But I hadn't thought about changing my make up…yet.
I stopped wearing lip gloss a few years ago because no matter what brand I tried, it would always make me break out around my lips. And, I know anything I put on my lips ends up getting ingested. Yuck, right?!
Plus, skin care, hair care, and make up can be major hormone disruptors (did you know that?).
