Our Prep Dish 2024 most popular recipes have arrived! This list is full of easy, healthy meal prep dinners to start your year off right.

When I look back at 2024 and the recipes our Prep Dish community requested and loved, two things stand out to me – quick dinners and high protein. We have a lot of diversity in our community's eating styles, but the desire for easy weeknight dinners and help in meeting protein goals were pretty consistent.

You'll see these values reflected in our 2024 most popular recipes below. Almost the entire list is dinner recipes this year, with a snack, a dessert and a high protein breakfast thrown in for good measure. This doesn't really surprise me. While our gluten free and paleo meal plans do include a breakfast, salad, snack and dessert, meal prep dinners are definitely at the heart of the meal plans.

If you're looking to start a meal prep habit this year, or simply looking to increase your repertoire of easy, healthy dinners, I urge you to give one of these a try!
