Here are a few common questions our Customer Service department gets. We hope they help you too!

How do I update my account settings and/or credit card info?

To update your name, address, email address, credit card info, etc., please log on to your account by clicking here. You will then click on My Account and select the appropriate link.
**Note: if you subscribed prior to 1/1/2016, you will not be able to update credit card information. Please contact please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Will I have access to meal plan archives?

Yearly and Premium subscribers have access to a meal plan archive via our customer log-in site. Monthly subscribers have access to the current month's meal plans only and the menu links are replaced at the end of the month with the next month's meal plans. You can learn more about our different subscription levels here.

Can I change my Prep Dish subscription level?

Absolutely! To upgrade your subscription level, simply place a new order on our Subscribe page and your account will be automatically updated. If you have any questions or wish to downgrade your subscription level, please contact our Customer Service Department.

How do I cancel my automatic account renewal?

Thank you for trying Prep Dish! We hope that you learned a few tip and tricks to make dinner time an easy, fun and healthy experience. If you wish to cancel your Prep Dish subscription, please follow these steps:

1.) Log on to your account by clicking here. You may retrieve your password here as well.
2.) Click on My Account
3.) Click on Cancel my Subscription and follow directions from there. The screen will refresh to confirm action and a cancellation email will be sent to confirm your cancellation.

You will receive meal plan access until the end of your subscription period. No further billing will occur.

**Note: if you subscribed prior to 1/1/2016, you will not be able to follow this method. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. Allow 48 hours for cancellation requests to be processed.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

50% Flash Sales
If you purchased a monthly subscription, we do not issue refunds on the $7 first month charge. Please see our policy on auto renewal plans below. If you purchased the $49.50 or $74.50 annual plans, we offer a 50% refund if you feel it is not a good fit for you and you contact our  Customer Service Department within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Full refunds will not be offered.  All subscriptions auto-renew at the full rate, $14 for monthly, $99 for annual, $149 for premium. 

2 Week Free Trial
At the end of your trial period, your account will auto-renew for the full rate, $14/month. To avoid auto-renewal charges, please cancel your account at any time within the trial period by following the cancellation instructions (above) . If you forget to cancel and are charged, please let us know within 48 hours of the initial auto-renewal charge and we’ll be happy to issue you a refund for the amount of the charge.

$4 Trials
Due to the deeply discounted trial offer, we do not offer refunds on $4 trials. You are welcome to try a free week before you purchase by subscribing to our newsletter and downloading the free meal plan.  To avoid auto-renewal charges, please cancel your account at any time within the trial period by following the cancellation instructions (above) . If you forget to cancel and are charged, please let us know within 48 hours of the initial auto-renewal charge and we’ll be happy to issue you a refund for the amount of the charge.

Monthly Auto Renewal Plan

Your month-to-month plan covers one month of meal plans delivered to you upon subscription as well as a month's worth of emails from Allison with tips for the month and added bonus recipes and/or meal plans. For that reason, we do not offer a refund on the initial $14 payment. We do encourage potential subscribers to try a free week before purchasing by subscribing to our newsletter and downloading the trial meal plan.

Note that your credit card will be automatically charged for $14 every 28 days until you cancel.  If you do not want to be charged for your next month's renewal, please cancel your account at any time within the current month by following the directions above. If you forget to cancel and are charged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of that charge to request a refund.

Yearly & Premium Auto Renewal Plans

Your Yearly & Premium subscription plan covers a full 12 months. After that, we will auto-renew your subscription on the date of purchase until you cancel. You are eligible for a full refund for 14 days after a charge is processed. A request for a refund, either from the date of initial purchase or after an auto-renewal, can be made with our Customer Service Department.

Specialty Meal Plans & Individual Products

Refunds are not issued for specialty meal plans or individual products because these are emailed to you immediately after your order is received. This includes our Gift Purchases, Specialty Meal Plans (AIP, 5 Week Reset, Alkaline), Holiday e-Cookbook, Nutrition Facts and Separated Recipes. Prep Dish Challenges

Refunds are not issued for Challenge purchases because participants have immediate access to all Challenge materials upon sign-up.  Exceptions will be made for those who are Premium Prep Dish subscribers at the time of purchase. Contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Prep Dish Retreat

All refund requests must be received in writing at: info@prepdish.com. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and accommodations. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. To insure yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

– If a refund request is received 61 or more days in advance of the program start date, a refund of 100% minus a $25 administrative fee will be granted.
– A 50% refund will be received for cancellation requests made 60 – 30 days in advance of the retreat start date.
– Cancellation requests received less than 30 days in advance of the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund. It is essential that notice of cancellation be sent in a timely manner due to significant advance preparation, registration demand, and pre-reserved tours and accommodation requirements.
