1. Unicorn Welness
Tandy Gutierrez has created a fantastic online yoga training community. For $32/month, you get daily workouts, access to the M&K Food Reset, and a monthly guided meditation. Gift memberships can be purchased in 1 to 12 month increments.

Jess Lively Just Keep Going Tote

2. Just Keep Going Tote by Jess Lively
Perfect gift for a new mom, teacher, sister, or yourself. Take it to the library, the gym, or even Farmer’s Market. Love the gentle reminder Jess give us on this canvas tote!

Crockpot / Slowcooker

3. Crockpot / Slowcooker
One of the most requested items at Prep Dish is crockpot recipes. Even Andrea asks for more recipes for her busy family. 🙂 This crockpot is a great size for all families and is programmable so you can literally set it when you leave for work and forget about it until you come home.

4. Ice Cream/ Yogurt Maker
I live in Austin and it stays hot here for a good portion of the year. I love making homemade “ice creams,” made with coconut milk, especially for dinner parties. Having an ice cream maker definitely cuts down on prep and freeze time (and it’s so much more fun!).

day designer page

5. Day Designer
I love the design and layout of these day planners. They are super organized and I'm a fan of highlighting the top 3 tasks for the day. But my favorite feature is that the journal has a place to include gratitude and set intention for the day.

6. Knife Set
Every cook needs a good set of knives. I am a fan of the tried and true Wusthof brand. It’s a bit of an investment, but these knives (with proper care) will literally last a lifetime. There are many set variations for you to choose from as well.

Lox to My Schmear Apron

7. You’re the Lox to my Schmear Aprons
How fun are these!!! From Austin-based blogger, Amy Kritzer, these aprons are perfect for Hanukkah or the bagel (GF, of course) and lox lover in your family. BONUS: Amy says to use code PREPDISH for *free* shipping through the end of 2015!

8. Non-stick Pan
If you had to have one pan, this would be the one. It’s extremely versatile and a good size for everyday cooking. If you are looking for more sizes, check out the sets in this same style.

100 Days of Real Food Cookbook

9. 100 Days of Real Food Cookbook
Lisa Leake decided her family's eating habits needed an overhaul. She, her husband, and their two small girls pledged to go 100 days without eating highly processed or refined foods. Now she shares some of her family's favorite recipes in this beautiful cookbook.

Snapware Storage Containers

10. Snapware Containers
Prep Day so much more fun when you see these sturdy, made from glass, and dishwasher and oven safe containers filled with a week's worth of food and neatly stacked in your fridge. I also love these reusable labels so you know exactly what is in each container!

Brody's Gluten Free Bread

11. Brody’s 579 Gluten Free Bread Mixes
I recently met the founder of this company at the FNCE conference in Nashville. I love that she is also a Registered Dietician and the bread mixes only have real foods in the ingredients. Not to mention they were tasty when I sampled them!

12. Spiralizer
One of the hottest items to hit the market this past year, the Spiralizer has revolutionized the way Paleo and Gluten-Free eaters look at noodles. Words like “zoodles” have entered our vocabulary and the sky's the limit on foods that you can spiralize. I personally love the craftsmanship of the Paderno spiralizer, pictured below.
