If you're a Prep Dish subscriber, you know we're big on parchment packets for cooking fish, and for good reason! It's a simple, no mess and totally delicious method for cooking fish. If you've never made salmon pouches, this is a must-try!

Place each 4-6 oz salmon filet on an 8″ square of parchment paper. Sprinkle a little salt and place a few lemon or lime slices on each piece of fish. Follow the photo instructions below and then bake at 400 F for 16-18 minutes.
