This recipe includes high-protein eggs and avocados packed with healthy fats to keep you full and focused throughout the day!
All you have to do is split an avocado in half, crack an egg into each half, and throw it in the oven and voila! You have a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- S&P
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
- Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Crack 1 egg into each avocado and bake for 18-24 min or desired egg doneness.
- Season w/ S&P.
