We've had a great year at Prep Dish, planning and cooking hundreds of recipes to make healthy eating a little bit easier for you.

Whether you're Paleo, Gluten-Free, Keto, or just hungry, this salad comes together so quickly and makes for a fresh and tasty packed lunch or dinner.

Poached Eggs with Polenta and Spicy Chili Sauce

I can't think of a better New Year's Day breakfast than soft poached eggs with a kick from a chili sauce that is sure to wake you up after a late night.

Do yourself a favor and make a big batch of this sauce to freeze and enjoy on, well, pretty much everything all winter long.

Shredded Beef Barbacoa

Paleo, Gluten-Free, and Keto-friendly, this shredded beef barbacoa is a great thing to make on the weekend and enjoy throughout the week.  If you have a New Year's resolution to begin meal prepping, this recipe is a great place to start!

Slow Cooker Chicken Verde

I love coming home to smells of a hearty dinner already waiting for me, especially in the colder months (yes, even in Austin!)

Bonus – this recipe has Instant Pot instructions as well, if you don't have time to set up the slow cooker in the morning.

Teriyaki Salmon Bowl

It looks like you guys love bowl meals just as much as I do!

I love this recipe because it's super versatile, both in terms of what vegetables you use and what base you choose (rice noodles! quinoa! cauli rice! So many choices….)

This means it's easy to create a version that everyone will love, helping the whole family start the New Year on a healthy note.
