Want to make homemade zoodles? It's easier than you think and way more budget-friendly than buying zoodles every week.
Zucchini Spaghetti is the ultimate in gluten-free food. Wholefood-based and only 1 ingredient: zucchini! Easy to make and cooks in less time than it takes to boil water.
This can be made by cutting zucchini strips using a knife, but I recommend using a mandolin.
Saute the zucchini in olive oil & garlic for 3-4 minutes and season to taste w/ lemon juice, red chili flakes, S&P.
What to Do with Your Zoodles
We have so many great recipes including zucchini spaghetti, or zoodles, on our meal prep meal plans!
I'm also sharing a few of my favorite ways to serve zoodles here:
Slow Cooker Italian Pork Over Zoodles: This dish has all of the great Italian flavors you love, but is served over zoodles instead of traditional pasta for a lighter version. Gluten free, paleo and keto-frendly, it's as healthy as it is tasty!
Keto Pesto Chicken with Zoodles: Have you tried making homemade pesto? It's so much easier than it sounds and brings a brightness to the dish that you simply can't get from a jar. The chicken is coated with pesto before baking, giving it a ton of flavor.
