Grab a pen and paper for this one if you can so you can do the exercise with Allison.
Easy Meal Planning Exercise:
1. Think of meals you’ve made over the past two weeks. Try to write down at least 3.
2. Put a star by the ones your family enjoyed.
3. Circle those you would consider fast (20 minutes or less).
Do you have any items that are both circled and starred? Use those meals to start a running list that your family enjoys AND are quick and easy!
