Being gluten-free, dairy-free shouldn't limit your snack options. All Prep Dish meal plans include a snack. And I have a trick I use for my snacks. Especially when I'm short on time and want a quick and easy, no-brainer ideas. Here's my formula:

Yep, it's that simple. But the options are limitless! Especially when you include nut & seed butters (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower seed butter, etc) in this formula. And many options are portable making them travel-friendly. Here are some of the MANY options that I love:

– tangerines + pistachios

– apple + almond butter

– kiwi + brazil nuts (from Prep Dish April plan)

– strawberries + peanut butter

– grapes + cashews

– apricots + walnuts

– blueberries + almonds

– mango + macadamia nuts

– pear + sunflower seed butter

– raspberries + pecan

– orange + pumpkin seeds

– banana + cashew butter
