Really good knives are essential to having a successful Prep Day. If you want to get your chopping done as quickly & efficiently as possible, I recommend investing in at least 1-2 quality knives! Oh, and a great cutting board too. Here are my three essential cutting boards.

In the picture above, I am showing Brook how I use my 5″ santuko to quickly chop a butternut squash for roasting. If I didn't have a good quality knife, this would be an arduous task! In today's video, I show you three must knives for your kitchen – and my personal favorites! They are surely going to become your favorite knives as well.
