I think many of you will be surprised to learn that I am not really a gadget girl. I love reading about them and even trying them out, but in terms of my kitchen, I don't have a ton of gadgets in my drawers. So when my clients and subscribers ask, “what kitchen must-haves do you recommend?”, I always answer that you need only a few basics:
