One of the most common requests I get is for tips on how to speed up meal prep. This is one of my favorite questions because I love setting my subscribers up for success! As you know, my #1 recommendation is a good chef's or santuko knife. No paring knives for chopping, please. 🙂 Next, I recommend a good cutting board. Having the right surface for your knife is important in both it's performance and keeping your blade sharp. Once you get those stocked, I highly recommend a trash (garbage) bowl. No special tools or equipment needed! Watch my video below to see how I set up my trash bowl on my work station. I promise you will save time during meal prep by not running to the trash can over and over again!
